Listing Schedule and Trading Details
Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit officially announced on June 26 that it will list Cap (CAP) on its spot market starting at 21:00 UTC+8. The trading pair will be CAP/USDT. To facilitate early preparation, deposit channels will open at 12:00 UTC+8 on the same day, while withdrawal functionality will be enabled at 18:00 UTC+8 on June 27. The CAP token is an ERC-20 standard token deployed on the Ethereum mainnet. Bybit users can directly trade CAP spot without needing to bridge funds to decentralized exchanges.
About the Cap Protocol
Cap is a decentralized credit protocol built on Ethereum, with its core design focused on protecting lenders' principal through on-chain financial guarantees. Unlike traditional DeFi lending platforms, Cap emphasizes capital preservation and risk isolation. Borrowers must provide overcollateralized positions, and the protocol incorporates automated liquidation engines to handle price volatility. The protocol creates a permissionless credit market for both liquidity providers and borrowers. Bybit's listing of CAP brings this innovative credit market to a centralized exchange audience, offering immediate liquidity and convenience.
Cap has a fixed maximum supply, with a portion of tokens allocated to liquidity incentives for early participants. As of press time, the total value locked (TVL) of the Cap protocol has not been publicly disclosed, but the project has gained attention within the Ethereum developer community. For traders interested in on-chain credit innovations, this listing provides a centralized entry point with fiat on-ramp support via Bybit's existing infrastructure. The addition of CAP aligns with Bybit's strategy to expand its DeFi token coverage and cater to demand for credit-related assets.
