ChangXin Technology said it expects revenue for the first three quarters of 2026 to reach about RMB 265 billion to RMB 270 billion, up by RMB 232.916 billion to RMB 237.916 billion from a year earlier. The company also forecast net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company at roughly RMB 131 billion to RMB 132.5 billion, compared with a loss of RMB 5.28 billion in the same period last year, pointing to a return to profit. In its filing, the company said rising demand for AI computing power and improving conditions in the DRAM market had left products in short supply and pushed prices sharply higher. It also cited progress in capacity expansion, product research and development, process technology upgrades, operating efficiency improvements, and market expansion. Separately, Chairman Zhu Yiming proposed a share buyback worth RMB 1 billion to RMB 2 billion. The repurchased shares are intended for employee equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, or a reduction in registered capital, with the plan still subject to internal review procedures.
