ChangXin Technology said it expects strong results for the first three quarters of 2026, with revenue projected at 265 billion yuan to 270 billion yuan, up roughly 7.3x to 7.4x from a year earlier. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to reach 131 billion yuan to 132.5 billion yuan, compared with a loss of 5.28 billion yuan in the same period last year, marking a return to profit on a yearly basis.
The company said the earnings jump was driven mainly by continued growth in demand for AI computing power and improving conditions in the DRAM industry. It added that related products remain in short supply and prices have risen sharply. ChangXin Technology also said it has continued to push ahead with capacity expansion, product research and development, and process technology upgrades.

According to the announcement, the repurchased shares are intended for employee equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, or a reduction in registered capital. The proposal is still subject to internal review procedures.
