ChangXin Technology said on Oct. 16 that it expects revenue for the first three quarters of 2026 to reach about RMB 265 billion to RMB 270 billion, an increase of RMB 232.916 billion to RMB 237.916 billion from a year earlier. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is projected at about RMB 131 billion to RMB 132.5 billion, compared with a loss of RMB 5.28 billion in the same period last year, marking a return to profitability.
The company said demand growth tied to AI computing power and improved conditions in the DRAM industry led to tight product supply and sharply higher prices. It also cited progress in capacity expansion, product research and development, process technology upgrades, operating management optimization, and market expansion.
Separately, ChangXin disclosed that its board received a letter from chairman Zhu Yiming on Oct. 16, 2026, proposing a share repurchase through centralized competitive bidding. The planned buyback would total no less than RMB 1 billion and no more than RMB 2 billion. Repurchased shares are intended for employee equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, or a reduction in registered capital, subject to approval by the board or shareholders.
