Tibo said the change was made to protect the experience and access stability of Astra, the company’s AI assistant, for existing users. The pause applies only to new users seeking access to the Pro plan. Other subscription tiers remain available, and OpenAI’s API services are continuing to operate as usual. Tibo also said current accounts will not be affected by the change. The team, he wrote, is working to add more capacity as quickly as possible.
