Kiyosaki Reiterates Bullish Stance: Bitcoin Targeting $350K in 2025
Robert Kiyosaki, the renowned author of Rich Dad Poor Dad—which has sold over 32 million copies worldwide and been translated into 51 languages—has once again expressed an extremely bullish outlook on Bitcoin via social media platform X. He predicted that Bitcoin will skyrocket to $350,000 by 2025 and urged his followers to “own more bitcoin in 2025.” The book has spent more than six years on the New York Times Best Seller list.
Bitcoin’s Democratic Design: An Inclusive Wealth Opportunity
On Tuesday, Kiyosaki wrote: “Yay: Bitcoin holding above $106K. Yay again.” He observed that while the rich continue to accumulate wealth, fewer than 1 in 8 million people can afford to write a $106,000 check. But this does not exclude ordinary investors from benefiting as Bitcoin’s price rises. He emphasized: “That is the genius of bitcoin. Even if all a person can afford is 1/2 a satoshi, bitcoin’s design is Democratic… allowing even people who cannot write $106K checks the same equal opportunity to get richer and richer… as those that can write $106K checks.”
A satoshi (often called a “sat”) is the smallest unit of Bitcoin, equivalent to 0.00000001 BTC (one hundred-millionth of a Bitcoin). It is named after Bitcoin’s pseudonymous creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. Kiyosaki urged his audience not to delay: “Start getting richer today. At least start buying satoshis… before sats are also $106K.”
Political Tailwinds and Regulatory Shifts
Kiyosaki linked his Bitcoin outlook to broader political developments, calling former U.S. President Donald Trump “the first Bitcoin president.” He predicted that Trump’s advocacy for blockchain technology, along with the appointment of a new SEC chair and a crypto czar, will further boost sentiment. In a Wednesday post, Kiyosaki wrote: “Bitcoin to $350k in 2025. Own more bitcoin in 2025.” The crypto community has been buoyed by Trump’s pro-crypto stance and promises of a more favorable regulatory environment.
While some analysts view the $350K target as overly ambitious, Kiyosaki has long been a critic of fiat currencies, the U.S. government, and the Federal Reserve. He believes that excessive debt and money printing will continue to devalue the dollar, making hard assets like Bitcoin, gold, and silver essential for wealth preservation. Although Kiyosaki is not a technologist, his investment philosophy resonates deeply with retail investors worldwide, often moving markets through his social media influence.
