Strive disclosed in an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it bought 20 Bitcoin between July 27 and July 31, 2026, at an average price of about $63,191 per coin. After the purchase, the company’s total Bitcoin holdings stood at 20,020 BTC as of July 31. The filing also showed that Strive held 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock with a fair value of about $45.18 million, along with roughly $151.3 million in cash. The update provides a snapshot of the company’s balance sheet at the end of the reporting period, covering its Bitcoin position, equity holdings and cash reserves.
