WTI long position keeps growing

The WTI long position increased from $7.299 million to $12.833 million. During that period, xm39 bought about $5.069 million in total and added another $1.561 million today at an average price of $85.38 even after WTI pulled back 1.5%.

The blended entry price for the position now stands at $81.80, with unrealized profit of about $535,000, around 7.6 times larger than previously.

Nasdaq short reaches $35.376 million

The Nasdaq short position rose from about $10.307 million to $35.376 million, bringing net added exposure to roughly $25.529 million. The position is currently showing about $195,000 in unrealized profit, while repeated rebalancing during the period generated another roughly $250,000 in profit.

Taken together, the two positions are now up about $730,000 on an unrealized basis. Including realized profit booked during the period, this round of the long-oil, short-equities trade has produced close to $980,000 in total gains.

Take-profit orders placed between $89.39 and $90.42

xm39 has also set about $10.6 million in take-profit orders in the $89.39 to $90.42 range.

Polymarket war bet remains at a loss

At the same time, the trader's war-related position on Polymarket remains underwater while the position size keeps increasing. xm39 currently holds 1.5654 million Yes shares on the contract "The U.S. will invade Iran before 2027," with about $364,600 invested.

That position is showing a floating loss of about $106,300, with a return of -29.1%. Compared with the previous update, the holding has still increased by about 254,000 shares.
