CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost said on X that whale inflows of XRP to Binance have dropped sharply in recent weeks, with the three-month average now sitting at its lowest point since 2021. The latest figure is about $61 million, far below earlier peaks of $456 million in January 2025 and $355 million in October 2025, leaving current levels roughly six to eight times lower than before. Darkfost said XRP is still trying to hold the key $1 level, while net inflows remain positive at about $18.8 million, showing that inflows still slightly outweigh outflows for now. At the same time, the analyst said large transfers by whales that once tended to use Binance are cooling off. He added that the pattern is similar to what is being seen across the broader crypto market, where both trading volume and capital inflows have declined. In his view, that may point to easing sell-side pressure, but it does not yet show a clear return of fresh demand. Darkfost said the slowdown in whale activity is a constructive sign for XRP, though it is still too early to call it a confirmed market reversal or the start of a new upward move.

CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost said on X that whale inflows of XRP to Binance have fallen sharply, with the three-month average now at its lowest level since 2021.

According to the data he cited, XRP whale inflows to Binance are currently about $61 million. That is down steeply from $456 million in January 2025 and $355 million in October 2025, putting the latest reading at roughly six to eight times lower than those earlier levels.

XRP is still trying to hold the key $1 price level, but large inflows from whales that had previously favored Binance for sizable trades are now shrinking. Even so, net inflows remain positive at about $18.8 million, which suggests inflows are still temporarily outweighing outflows.

Darkfost said the trend mirrors broader conditions across the crypto market, where overall trading volume and capital inflows have both declined. He said that may reflect fading sell-side pressure, while fresh demand has yet to show a clear rebound.

In his view, cooler whale trading activity is a positive sign for XRP, but it is not enough to confirm that the market has already reversed. He added that it is still too early to conclude XRP has entered a new uptrend.
