XT Exchange COO says crypto adoption should hinge on user experience, not technical education

XT Exchange Chief Operating Officer Arman Achmed said the crypto industry’s path to the next billion users depends less on teaching people blockchain mechanics and more on making products easier to use. Speaking during the company’s eighth-anniversary X Space event, he pointed to three priorities: faster payments, broader access, and a simpler experience for making financial decisions. Achmed said users should be able to complete what they need to do without becoming technical experts.
