Bitget opens KCGI 2026 with a 3 million USDT multi-asset trading competition
Bitget has launched the 2026 King’s Cup Global Invitational, or KCGI, with a total prize pool of 3 million USDT and a broader format that now extends beyond crypto-only trading. For the first time, the exchange is bringing together crypto futures, TradFi perpetual contracts, and tokenized U.S. equities in one flagship tournament. Participants will compete across more than 600 crypto contract pairs, TradFi perpetual markets tied to stocks, commodities, and precious metals, and spot rTokens representing tokenized U.S. shares, with performance aggregated into a unified profit-and-loss leaderboard. The UEX Arena sits at the center of the event, allocating 2 million USDT across five rankings, including team profit, crypto contract volume, TradFi perpetual contract volume, rToken volume, and individual profit. Registration opened on Aug. 26, while team and individual competitions will run from Sept. 9 to Sept. 22. Final results are scheduled for Sept. 23-24, followed by a live awards ceremony on Sept. 25. The event, according to Bitget, also aligns with its 2026 Universal Exchange strategy.
