NOOKLAB completes multiple funding rounds, with total financing reaching hundreds of millions of yuan

AI hardware company NOOKLAB has completed multiple funding rounds, according to a report cited by ChainCatcher from Leifeng.com’s Jingxi. Investors include Sequoia China and Linear Capital, with total financing reaching hundreds of millions of yuan. The company’s valuation is now close to $100 million. The report said two of those rounds were completed around the beginning of this year. NOOKLAB was founded by Raymond, who was born in 1996 and previously worked at OPPO, OnePlus, Anker, and ByteDance. At ByteDance, he was responsible for second-generation AI glasses within the Ocean team. NOOKLAB’s first product, Moonphase Flip, weighs 54 grams and attaches to the back of a smartphone through MagSafe. The company describes it as a low-interruption portable AI display. The product is mainly aimed at overseas markets. The team currently has about 30 members.
