According to Arriyadiyah, winger Coman and defender Simakan will miss the game. Arriyadiyah reported that the medical staff refused to risk either player against Al-Faisaly and kept them on their rehabilitation programmes for fear of a relapse.

According to Arriyadiyah, the medical staff will reassess Coman and Simakan over the coming days to decide whether they can feature against Al-Wasl on Monday in the third round of the AFC Champions League Elite.
Recent matches missed
Both players have been struggling since the 3-1 win over Nasaf the Monday before last in the second round of the league phase of the AFC Champions League Elite. Coman and Simakan were set to miss the Classico against Al-Ahli on Thursday before it was postponed. They also sat out the NEOM match on Tuesday in Roshn League round 10.
