Knaster statement

Majority shareholder Alexander Knaster said in a club statement: "After several seasons in which we have seen significant improvements in every area of the club, I believe the time has come for Pisa SC to enter a new phase of growth and development. I’m convinced this can happen under Damien’s leadership. He brings great experience and a deep knowledge of football, both on and off the pitch."

Knaster paid tribute to the outgoing Corrados, saying they "have been the heart and soul of Pisa SC over the last ten years".

Comolli and the Corrados respond

Comolli said: "I’m very happy to join Pisa SC as president and CEO. Under Alexander Knaster’s ownership, the club has made truly significant progress. It’s an exciting club to join, with major potential for growth, starting with its organisation and the construction of a new, state-of-the-art training centre. Forza Pisa!"

The Corrados said in response: "Ten years represent an era. Pisa Sporting Club will always remain a fundamental part of our lives."
