GOAL reported that Enzo Alves could move closer to Real Madrid's first team. After signing his first professional contract with Real Madrid in January, the 17-year-old could now get his first taste of coach Jose Mourinho's team.
What GOAL reported
According to GOAL's report, the attacking player could now move closer to the first team. GOAL wrote: "The path to the first team is becoming ever clearer."
Youth-team progress
Enzo Alves is the son of former top star Marcelo. Last season, aged just 15, he made his debut for the U19s, Juvenil A, and scored in the derby against Atletico.
Appearances at higher levels
Under Alvaro Arbeloa, Enzo Alves has also played for Real Madrid Castilla, Real Madrid's reserve team. He is close to the 200-goal mark for Real Madrid's youth teams.
Competition for minutes
Competition from Endrick and Carlos Espi alongside Mbappe means minutes under Mourinho will not come easily. GOAL reported that Endrick in particular could leave as early as January.
