Club Brugge left-back Joaquin Seys said he is focused entirely on Club Brugge amid transfer speculation linking him with Manchester United. He addressed his future in comments to VTM.
Seys on his future
Seys told VTM: "To be honest, I’m not really thinking about that yet. This is the club I love, so it’s wonderful that I’ve already been able to play so many matches here. This club is close to my heart, and I would give everything for it. Right now, I’m focusing entirely on Club Brugge, and we’ll see what happens after that."
What he said about Manchester United
Seys also clarified to VTM that Manchester United did not take any concrete steps to sign him in the summer.
FootballTransfers report
FootballTransfers says Seys emerged as a target for Manchester United in the summer, but a deal was not feasible. FootballTransfers also says Club Brugge were adamant that Seys would not leave after they had already lost Christos Tzolis to Arsenal.
