Before Bournemouth's match against AC Milan on 22 October, Bournemouth Mayor Roberto Rocca said he would support Bournemouth while saying part of his heart still belongs to AC Milan. GOAL said the match was due to be played at the Vitality Stadium on 22 October and that Rocca would be there.
Rocca's position before the match
Rocca is the Mayor of Bournemouth, and the report says he is an AC Milan supporter. He told Sky Sport: "Bournemouth is my town. I'm the mayor here, they've made me feel very welcome and I'm fond of this place. So tonight I'll be supporting Bournemouth, but part of my heart still belongs to AC Milan..."
His AC Milan allegiance
Rocca told Sky Sport: "My allegiance to AC Milan began many years ago, when I was in Milan. I went to their matches at San Siro until 2013. I hope to see a good match today and that the better team win, perhaps with a few goals from both sides.."
What he hopes to see
GOAL said Bournemouth were due to face manager Amorim’s AC Milan at the Vitality Stadium on 22 October.
