The Spanish Football Federation's referees committee has chosen Juan Martínez Munuera to officiate Barcelona v Real Madrid on 25 October.

Enric Masip, an adviser to Barcelona president Joan Laporta, criticised Real Madrid before Sunday's Clasico over references to the Negreira case.

Juan Martínez Munuera has entered the running to referee Sunday's Clásico between Real Madrid and Barcelona, with the appointment due at midday on Saturday.

GOAL, citing Mundo Deportivo, reported an expanded broadcast plan for Barcelona against Real Madrid, while Barcelona were monitoring injuries to Eric Garcia and Jules Kounde.

Appointments were reported for Wednesday's Champions League matches involving Como, Inter, Bayern Munich and Arsenal.
