Arbitrum Developers confirmed on X that the 90-day migration window from Arbitrum Nova to Arbitrum One has ended. Effective immediately, Nova enters minimal operation, with development and user support downgraded. Users can still transfer assets from Nova to One, but support will be reduced and available cross-chain bridge options may be fewer. This transition follows a prior Arbitrum DAO vote to relegate Nova to a maintenance-focused state with reduced capacity and lower support priority.
Arbitrum Developers posted on X that the 90-day window for developers and users to shift from Arbitrum Nova to Arbitrum One is now over. So, at this point, the Arbitrum Nova network has moved into a minimal operation state, and both development and user support are being scaled down.
The official statement says users can still move their assets from Nova to One. But support will be lighter, and the cross-chain bridge choices on hand could shrink. Short version: this is part of a wider change in the network’s status.
