B.AI has officially launched as financial infrastructure built for the agent economy, with its pitch centered on one problem: AI agents still struggle to collaborate, pay, and settle transactions autonomously. According to the announcement, current agent-based services remain tied to human authorization, KYC processes, and conventional payment systems, leaving A2A (Agent-to-Agent) workflows without a complete commercial loop.
The platform says it combines multi-model routing with Web3 payment rails and brings together the x402 payment protocol, the 8004 identity protocol, Skills, and the BAIClaw assistant as its core stack. The stated goal is to equip AI agents with native payment capability, verifiable on-chain identity, and tools for executing blockchain-based actions.
Model routing layer spans major global AI providers
B.AI says it supports unified access to major model families including GPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek, covering offerings from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and several Chinese model providers. The lineup listed in the release includes ChatGPT-5.2, ChatGPT-5-mini, ChatGPT-5-nano, Claude 4.5 and 4.6 variants, Gemini 3.1 pro, Gemini 3 flash, plus DeepSeek-V3.2, GLM-5, Kimi-K2.5, and MiniMax-M2.5.
On the payment side, the platform has integrated TronLink, MetaMask, and Binance Wallet, and supports native crypto payments on TRON, BNB Chain, and Ethereum. B.AI says this removes the need for traditional account registration and credit card binding. New users are offered 100,000 free credits, while top-ups made through NFT methods come with an extra 20% credit bonus.
x402 handles payment flow while 8004 builds on-chain reputation
B.AI presents x402 as the payment layer for autonomous agents. Built on the HTTP 402 (Payment Required) standard, it uses a pay-before-response mechanism. In the workflow described by the project, when an agent calls an external API or purchases compute resources, the server generates a bill and the agent completes on-chain deduction and settlement in the background. The protocol currently supports TRON and BNB Chain.
The second protocol layer is 8004, which B.AI describes as a digital identity system for agents. Each AI agent receives an on-chain identity record that can track call history and credit scoring information. The project says this is meant to give agents a verifiable and accumulative commercial reputation that other participants on-chain can recognize.
Skills and BAIClaw target deployment and end-user access
For execution, B.AI provides a standardized Skills layer covering DeFi trading, x402 automated payments, account top-ups, and on-chain data analysis. The company says developers can deploy these capabilities with a single terminal command, reducing setup time between development and live use.
Its end-user and developer-facing product is BAIClaw, a desktop agent terminal. The release says BAIClaw integrates more than 15 major AI models, supports collaboration between multiple agents and sub-agents, and comes with more than 55 Skills preinstalled. It also supports connection to six mainstream communication tools, including Telegram and Discord. According to the project, users can issue natural-language instructions and have the system carry out tasks such as DEX swaps, perpetual futures trading, and multisig management in the background.
