Bitget said its U.S. stock IPO Prime platform will soon launch a subscription channel for Anthropic’s IPO, offering global users access to investment opportunities from the pre-listing stage through the initial public offering.
The subscription will provide institutional-grade IPO allocation quotas and allow users to participate with USDT or USDGO. Allocated assets will be delivered as rANT. Bitget said the product is built on its RWA infrastructure and is designed to mirror, on a 1:1 basis, the economic return performance of ANT after listing.
Anthropic filing and listing plan
According to TechFlowPost, Anthropic publicly filed its U.S. IPO prospectus on Oct. 26, 2026. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. Current market expectations put the IPO valuation at roughly $1.5 trillion to $1.75 trillion.
