On March 9, 2026, MEXC Foundation and the University Network for Cryptocurrency & Blockchain (UNCB) officially launched MEXCampus at the Roundhouse, University of New South Wales (UNSW) campus. The event marks MEXC as UNCB’s official partner and kicks off a structured trader development program for university students across Australia.
Welcoming Party Combines Community with Hands-On Learning
The MEXCampus Welcoming Party served as the program’s launchpad, mixing community building with practical crypto education. Students gain access to platform workshops and trading fundamentals built around risk awareness and financial literacy. The program aims to move participants from curiosity to informed engagement, offering a clear pathway into the crypto economy through real exchange tools and structured curriculum.
Second Activation with UNCB, Scaling the Model
This is MEXC Foundation’s second collaboration with UNCB, following an earlier pilot. MEXCampus now represents a replicable model for university-level crypto education, designed to be deployed across multiple campuses. The foundation emphasizes an education-first community development approach: meeting students at the earliest stage of their Web3 journey and providing the infrastructure to go further.
Part of a $30M Global Initiative Landing in Australia
MEXCampus is one expression of MEXC Foundation’s $30 million global initiative, launched in August 2025. The initiative focuses on expanding Web3 access through education, empowerment, and community impact, with priority given to underrepresented regions and areas where blockchain literacy is rapidly developing. Australia serves as one of the first markets for this program. The foundation plans to extend the MEXCampus model to more campuses, establishing a standard for university crypto education across the region. MEXC Foundation is the impact-driven arm of MEXC Group, committed to accelerating responsible growth and inclusive adoption of blockchain and Web3 ecosystems.
