DEX aggregator ODOS said it will cease operations after an internal review, with its app set to enter read-only mode on July 27, 2026 and all services scheduled for permanent shutdown on July 30. The company said users can still swap assets and close positions for now, but new user registration, new wallet creation, and limit order functions were halted on July 23. ODOS said it operates under a non-custodial model, meaning user funds remain under user control on-chain and are not held by the platform. It specifically warned users who created wallets through social logins or email to transfer assets or export private keys before July 30. After the shutdown, historical transaction records and account balances will remain viewable, but the team will stop product development, technical support, and maintenance. ODOS also said its token will continue to exist on-chain independently, while any future plans involving ODOS DAO will be announced separately by the DAO. The team added that it will not launch any new product, token migration, claim event, or airdrop, and warned users against scams involving fake support staff, direct messages, or so-called migration websites.

According to an official announcement cited by BlockBeats on July 24, DEX aggregator ODOS said it will shut down after completing an internal review.

The company said its application will enter read-only mode on July 27, 2026, and all services will be permanently closed on July 30. Until then, users can still carry out swaps and close related positions.

ODOS added that it has already stopped new user registration, new wallet creation, and limit order functions starting July 23.

User assets and migration deadline

ODOS said it uses a non-custodial model, so user assets remain under the control of users and stay on-chain at all times. The platform said it does not hold customer funds.

For users who created wallets through social accounts or email login, ODOS said assets should be transferred or private keys exported before July 30. After services are shut down, users will still be able to view historical transaction records and account balances, but the team will no longer provide product development, technical support, or maintenance.

The company said users do not need to worry about the safety of their assets, though it recommended moving to alternative services as soon as possible.

Token status and DAO separation

ODOS also said the ODOS token will continue to exist independently on the blockchain. The company said it will not custody, operate, or make a market in the token, and the platform shutdown will not change how the token functions on-chain.

The announcement added that ODOS DAO is independent from the operating company, and any next steps will be announced separately by the DAO.

Scam warning

ODOS said it will not launch any new products, token migration program, claim event, or airdrop in the future. It warned that any attempt to prompt users through direct messages, fake customer support accounts, or so-called migration websites could be fraudulent. Users were told not to disclose seed phrases or sign suspicious transactions.
