PolyFlow officially launched the PolyFlow App on Sept. 7, positioning it as a unified account for fiat, stablecoins, transfers, card functions and broader on-chain financial services, as well as a main entry point into the PolyFlow ecosystem.
The company said the product was built around a simple premise: money can already move globally on a 24/7 basis, but managing and using it still feels fragmented. Fiat sits in bank accounts, stablecoins sit in wallets, trading often requires an exchange, and spending can require moving funds again to a card. Once multiple chains are involved, users also need to deal with addresses, networks and gas. PolyFlow said the app is meant to pull those steps back into a single account.
One account for fiat and stablecoins
Inside the PolyFlow App, users can manage fiat and stablecoins in the same account. The app supports deposits through fiat channels and also allows users to top up USDT, USDC and other stablecoins from external wallets. On-chain deposits and withdrawals are available through supported networks including Ethereum, BSC, Tron and Solana.
PolyFlow said users no longer need to treat a fiat account and a crypto wallet as two completely separate systems. Once funds arrive, the core actions are straightforward: deposit, withdraw, transfer and spend.
Transfers by UID or phone number
Transfers are one of the central use cases highlighted at launch. In the app, users can send funds to other PolyFlow users directly through a PolyFlow UID or a registered mobile number.
That removes the need to copy long wallet addresses for internal transfers and cuts down on switching between apps and networks. PolyFlow described the flow in simple terms: find the recipient, enter the amount and send.
PolyFlow Card is now built into the app
PolyFlow also said PolyFlow Card has been integrated into the app. Users can manage card-related functions directly in the application and connect digital assets to both online and offline payment scenarios.
The company summarized that path as: Money In → Transfer → Manage → Spend. In its description, assets should not need to move across five or six platforms before they can become a payment. PolyFlow said that if stablecoins are to function as global money, they should eventually be as usable as money.
A unified gateway into the PolyFlow ecosystem
PolyFlow said the app will gradually become the main access point to its broader ecosystem. In the past, each additional Web3 product often meant another wallet, another address, another network or another account for the user to manage. The company said it wants to reverse that logic by centering everything around a single PolyFlow Account.
Under that approach, payment rails, blockchain networks and the underlying financial infrastructure should stay in the background as much as possible. Today, the account first connects fund movement and payments. Over time, PolyFlow said it will connect more services.
Beyond stablecoins, the roadmap points to RWA access
PolyFlow said it does not want the app to end up as only a place to "store USDT and swipe a card." The company said more financial assets are moving on-chain, naming U.S. Treasuries, money market funds, private credit, stocks and other RWAs as examples entering a new on-chain financial system.
As those assets begin to see broader use, PolyFlow said users will not need another isolated RWA wallet. Instead, they will need an account that connects holdings, yield, liquidity and payments. On that basis, the company said it is exploring the gradual addition of selected RWAs and other quality on-chain assets into the PolyFlow product system.
PolyFlow said the goal is not to put every asset into one wallet, but to make useful on-chain financial products easier for users to access and use. As more public chains and financial infrastructure aimed at tokenized assets emerge, the company said it will keep expanding its multi-chain connectivity.
From PayFi to Web3 neobanking
PolyFlow said it has been building in PayFi, but added that PayFi is not just about paying with crypto. In the company’s description, the real issue is how to make capital more efficient before a payment happens, while it is happening and after it is completed.
It framed the stack this way: stablecoins are a new money rail, blockchain is a new settlement rail, RWAs are bringing more financial assets on-chain, and payments connect on-chain assets with the real world. PolyFlow said the app is an important step in putting those capabilities in front of users and that its longer-term aim is to become a Web3 neobanking foundation connecting fiat, stablecoins, on-chain assets and global payments within one account.
More assets, networks and payment channels to come
The company said the app launch is only a starting point. More assets, more networks, more payment channels and more on-chain financial products are expected to be added to PolyFlow over time.
In PolyFlow’s description of that future experience, users would no longer need to first ask which chain their money is on, which wallet they should use or which platform the funds need to be moved to. The only question would be how they want to use the money.
