Bitmine has released a new chairman’s message urging shareholders to approve a proposal to raise authorized shares from 500 million to 50 billion before the January 14, 2026 voting deadline.
Bitmine’s MAVAN platform goes live with over 3.14M ETH staked (~$6.8B), aiming for 5% of circulating ETH. Institutional-focused, plans for multi-chain expansion, on-chain vaults and post-quantum clients by 2026.
Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) disclosed a $406M portfolio as of June 10, 2026, including $90M in indirect OpenAI equity, 283.45M WLD tokens, 16,278 ETH, and $142M cash. The firm holds 8.4% of WLD's circulating supply.
Bitmine said its combined crypto, cash and “moonshots” holdings reached $11.4 billion, including 4.803 million ETH and $864 million in cash. The company also confirmed its NYSE uplisting will take effect on April 9, 2026.
Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) revealed total holdings of approximately $333 million, including OpenAI, Beast Industries, over 11,000 ETH and 283 million WLD, making it the largest publicly disclosed institutional holder of Worldcoin globally.
Bitmine Immersion Technologies has invested $200 million in Beast Industries, founded by MrBeast. The company also disclosed its Ethereum treasury strategy targeting 5% of total ETH supply, with plans to launch the MAVAN staking infrastructure in Q1 2026.
Bitmine said it has launched MAVAN, its proprietary institutional Ethereum staking platform, with 3,142,643 ETH already staked as of March 24, 2026.
Bitmine said it held 4,422,659 ETH, 193 BTC, and $691 million in cash as of Feb. 22, 2026, with total crypto, cash, and other investments reaching $9.6 billion. The company said its ETH stack equals 3.66% of total supply.
