Offramp to Wind Down in Phases, With Accounts, Cards and Funding Services Closing by End of 2026

Crypto-native cross-border finance platform Offramp has announced a phased shutdown, citing difficult market conditions as the reason it can no longer continue building the business. The wind-down began on July 1, 2026, when instant transfers, QR payments, new virtual account creation, new savings deposits and stock purchases, and new physical card orders were disabled. Its mobile app has also been removed from the App Store and Google Play, though existing installations will keep working until July 31, 2026. The next major deadline is July 31, when fiat deposits and withdrawals will be fully disabled and crypto deposits will stop. Offramp also warned users not to send crypto to their Offramp addresses after that date. Physical and virtual cards will no longer work for spending after July 31, although refunds and disputes related to prior card transactions can still be submitted until September 30, 2026. After July 31, users will only be able to access accounts via the web app at app.offramp.xyz. On September 30, virtual accounts and crypto withdrawals will be shut down. Any remaining crypto balance will be moved to an embedded wallet, with support available through contact@offramp.xyz. The final cutoff is December 31, 2026, when Savings & Investments will be fully closed and the entire Offramp platform will cease operations. Users are being urged to withdraw fiat before July 31, complete crypto withdrawals before September 30, and liquidate all savings and investment holdings before year-end.

Offramp to Wind Down in Phases, Ending Fiat, Crypto Transfer and Investment Services by Late 2026

Crypto-native cross-border finance platform Offramp has announced a structured shutdown plan that will unfold over several deadlines in 2026. According to the company’s official notice, key restrictions took effect on July 1, 2026, including the immediate suspension of instant transfers, QR payments, new virtual account creation, new Savings & Investments deposits, and stock purchases. Existing physical cards remain usable for now, but no new card orders are being accepted, and the mobile app has already been removed from the App Store and Google Play. The next major deadline is July 31, 2026. On that date, fiat deposits and withdrawals will be fully disabled, crypto deposits will stop, and users are explicitly instructed not to send digital assets to Offramp addresses after that point. Both physical and virtual cards will stop working for spending, while the mobile app will also cease functioning. However, users will still be able to access their accounts through Offramp’s web application at app.offramp.xyz. Further shutdown steps are scheduled for September 30, 2026, when virtual accounts and crypto withdrawals will be disabled. Any remaining crypto balance will be moved to an embedded wallet, and users needing access assistance are directed to contact contact@offramp.xyz. Card disputes and refund requests for prior transactions must also be submitted before that same date. Finally, on December 31, 2026, Offramp will fully close its Savings & Investments product, and the entire platform will shut down. Users are therefore expected to liquidate any remaining holdings and withdraw balances before year-end.
