In a statement on their official website, Al-Ahli said that “the Pro League Federation had decided to postpone the match, with a new date to be set later”.

Possible revised plan
Saudi journalist Sami Al-Qadi suggested the game is now likely to take place on Friday at the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium, while Al-Ittihad face Al-Diriyah at the Al-Inma Stadium. GOAL said that if that happens, Al-Nassr would play Al-Faisaly and Al-Hilal would meet Al-Qadsiah alongside the two rescheduled fixtures on Friday.
