Alibaba launches Qwen Intelligence as a system-level agent stack for phone makers

Alibaba has introduced Qwen Intelligence, a mobile-focused AI offering aimed at smartphone manufacturers rather than end users. The product is not a standalone app and does not involve Alibaba building its own handset. Instead, it packages the Qwen model family, an agent platform, and mobile scenario capabilities for OEM integration. The initial release includes three components: Mobile Planner Agent for task planning, Mobile-Use Agent for operating the phone, and Mobile Creative Agent for image generation. Alibaba said the planner can break down complex tasks, arrange execution order, and retain both working memory and long-term memory to keep track of context and user preferences. The operation agent prioritizes MCP, API, and DeepLink access when available, and falls back to visual recognition and GUI interaction when direct interfaces are unavailable. For high-risk actions such as payments or data deletion, final confirmation remains with the user. Alibaba also said the creative agent can turn a single prompt into an image by decomposing the workflow and calling different capabilities. The company said the process has been reduced from 100 steps to 8 steps, with the first image generated in about 3 seconds. The system has already been deployed with Honor MagicOS, and the two sides said complex long-horizon tasks can run for more than 100 consecutive steps, with an end-to-end service loop closure rate of 90%.

Peach to pick up to five graduated assets for next OKX Wallet campaign round

Peach, a trading aggregator and asset issuance platform on Arc, said it will begin continuously tracking the post-graduation market performance of assets launched through Peach Launchpad and select up to five projects with the strongest trend performance for the next round of the Peach Campaign run with OKX Wallet. The selection criteria will include market cap or fully diluted valuation (FDV), trading activity, growth in holder addresses, social discussion levels, and overall market performance. Peach said the focus will be on how projects perform after graduation rather than judging them only by issuance-stage data. Selected projects will move into a dedicated next-stage campaign and receive additional market exposure and trading activity support. Peach has not disclosed a launch date or full rules for this campaign round.

Liquidation map shows clustered long risk below spot for BTC, ETH and ZEC

TradingBeats data tracked on Sept. 22 showed sizable long liquidation clusters sitting below current prices for Bitcoin, Ether and ZEC, while HYPE’s nearest liquidation risk was described as relatively farther away. BTC was the closest to its key risk zone, with a pullback of about 4.4% enough to bring price into a liquidation pocket worth roughly $87.9 million. ETH’s most immediate pressure area sat around $2,500 to $2,520, where about 47,000 ETH in potential long liquidations were concentrated, equal to around $118 million. Three large ETH long positions had estimated liquidation prices packed between $2,453.10 and $2,512.65, with a combined notional size of about $322 million based on those levels. ZEC also showed a concentrated risk band around $1,400 to $1,420, totaling about $16.68 million, with most of that exposure tied to a single account. The figures were cited by BlockBeats, referencing TradingBeats monitoring.

onsemi to raise prices on some power semiconductors from Oct. 10 as Taiwan suppliers may follow in Q4

onsemi said it will raise prices on some power semiconductor products starting Oct. 10, adding to a string of increases already announced by Infineon and Texas Instruments. Citing Commercial Times, the report said onsemi notified customers on Sept. 21. Renesas is expected to take up the next round of price increases in early 2027, extending what the article described as a relay of hikes among major international suppliers. The report said Taiwan power component makers Panjit, Taiwan Semiconductor and Eris Technology could move as early as the fourth quarter to lift prices on non-contract products by about 10% to 15%, with the actual range depending on product lines, customer mix and contract structure. It also linked the latest pricing cycle to changes in AI infrastructure power demand, including a shift from traditional 48V systems toward 800V high-voltage direct current architectures. That transition is driving demand across SiC, GaN, MOSFET, IGBT and PMIC products. The article highlighted Panjit’s rising AI revenue mix and shipment growth in Power MOSFET, small-signal devices and TVS, while Eris Technology was described as focusing on opportunities tied to 800 VDC upgrades, with plans to convert part of its 4-inch capacity to 6-inch lines by the third quarter of 2027. The report said a key question for the sector is whether spot price increases can be passed through into contract pricing.

For Long-Term ETH Holders, the Real Choice Is Yield From Staking or Liquidity From Borrowing

Odaily’s latest market analysis looks at a question many Ethereum holders now face after the network’s shift to proof-of-stake and the maturation of on-chain lending: if you plan to keep your ETH, should it be staked for protocol rewards or used as collateral to borrow stablecoins? The piece argues that the comparison is often framed too narrowly around APR, even though the two strategies serve different purposes. Native staking is designed for investors who are comfortable locking in a long holding period and want that time to generate additional ETH through protocol-level rewards. Borrowing against ETH, by contrast, is about unlocking liquidity without selling the underlying asset, which introduces debt, variable borrowing costs, and liquidation risk. The article also notes that Ethereum’s Pectra upgrade changed the staking equation by raising the maximum effective balance for a single 0x02 Compounding Validator from 32 ETH to 2048 ETH, allowing rewards above 32 ETH to be added in 1 ETH increments and compounded. It further points to imToken’s non-custodial native staking product as an example of how wallet tools are trying to lower the operational barrier for users who want validator exposure without handing over key control.

BiyaPay pushes platform buildout around global asset allocation and service connectivity

BiyaPay is positioning its platform development around a practical question for users participating across markets: how to understand, access, and move between different financial services in one place. The company says its current platform effort centers on information display, operational continuity, and user communication, with the goal of making cross-asset participation easier to follow. According to the article, BiyaPay connects multiple asset-service channels and partner-provided services through its technical system, covering scenarios tied to stocks, crypto assets, fund exchange, and payments. It argues that for global users with different language habits, investment experience, and financial-service backgrounds, clear service explanations and localized communication matter as much as product access. The piece also gives a use case involving users who hold USDT and want to participate in U.S. or Hong Kong stock investing. In supported scenarios, BiyaPay provides access points through system integration so users can understand the path from digital asset exchange to preparing U.S. dollar or Hong Kong dollar funds and then moving into securities trading. The company notes that securities trading and other related financial services are provided by partner institutions, while availability depends on region, account eligibility, and applicable service conditions.
